What does it do?

The DocuSign Integration for Quote Documents allows customers to electronically sign quote documents generated from Infor Enterprise Quoting. Quotes can be sent directly through DocuSign for secure review and eSignature, eliminating the need for downloads, printing, or manual approvals.

This integration helps streamline the signing process while keeping completed documents securely stored and accessible for future reference.

Example of how it is used:

A manufacturer generates a quote in Infor Enterprise Quoting and sends it to the customer through DocuSign. The customer reviews the document and signs it electronically, completing the approval process quickly without printing or emailing documents back and forth.
